Sold based on hanging weight of steer.  Quarters are usually 125-150 lbs.

You’d usually get about 100-125 lbs of finished packaged meat.

In that, you’d get (approximately):

30lbs ground

6 chuck roasts

2 arm roasts

1 sirloin tip roast

1 rump roast

4 sirloin

4 porterhouse (or tenderloin/ribeye)

4 T-bone (or tenderloin/NY strip)

6-8 rib steaks

short ribs

soup bones

You can also have hot dogs, brats, summer sausage, etc. made (which we LOVE)!  It does cost more, but is so nice to have the options!
